Job Opportunity: Physician for Dysphagia Evaluation

We are an established medical practice serving Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Columbus, and the surrounding areas, specializing in evaluations for patients with swallowing disorders. We are currently seeking additional physicians to join our team. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, and physicians with various levels of experience are encouraged to apply. During training, compensation will be provided.

The practice is part of a network with sister practices in New England and Texas.

Benefits and approximate annual income for working 4 to 5 days a week range from $160,000 to $225,000 or more, depending on volume. Benefits include health coverage, a 401(k) retirement plan, and an educational stipend. There are no weekend or night call requirements. Malpractice coverage, including tail coverage, is paid for by the practice. In over 400,000 evaluations conducted over 19 years, we have not had any malpractice inquiries or actions.

About Midwest Dysphagia Consultants

Our mission is to provide professional dysphagia consultations, including modified barium swallow studies, utilizing a mobile unit. These services are requested by physicians and speech-language pathologists for various facilities, private offices, and homebound patients. Requests are routed through our office staff and scheduled within 24 to 72 hours, often on the same day depending on volume and location. We ensure our staff is home between 4:00 and 5:00 PM daily.
