Position Details

• Seeking a physician to join our Elder Care team due to exciting growth.
• Opportunity to expand and develop the geriatric program.
• Setting includes geriatric assessment clinic, post-acute care settings such as Transitional Care (TCU) and long-term care, and home visits.
• Practice includes 2 NPs.
• Compensation with incentive based on experience, 6+ weeks vacation, malpractice coverage, CME allowance, and relocation package.
• Work Monday-Friday and participate in a shared after-hours call rotation.

Requirements

BC/BE Geriatrician or BC/BE in Internal Medicine with geriatric fellowship or geriatric experience.
BC/BE Family Practice with geriatric fellowship or geriatric experience.
