Job summary

Physicians’ Primary Care of Southwest Florida is seeking a Clinical Coordinator for our Family Practice Division in Fort Myers, FL. The role provides leadership and clinical expertise, acting as liaison between administration, site managers, physicians, and staff to maintain high-quality patient care.

You will supervise department personnel, coordinate schedules, review policies, participate in staffing decisions, and support EHR upgrades and training.

Qualifications

• Office management experience with supervisory duties.
• EHR experience preferred.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain within six months.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate supervision over staff to meet regulatory standards.
• Provide visible leadership to clinical staff and update on changes.
• Recommends and implements departmental policies and procedures.
• Participates in staffing decisions and maintains staff schedules.
• Liaise between administration, site managers, physicians and staff.
• Involved in EHR upgrades, training and support.
• Maintain effective communication across all levels of the organization.
