Kreate Talent is seeking a bilingual APRN for family practice at two Florida sites (Wauchula and Avon Park). The role supports autonomous patient care across all ages, with a schedule rotating between Wauchula and Avon Park, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, full-time.

Ideal candidates have Florida APRN licensure, ANCC/AANP certification, and 1 year of NP practice (3+ years preferred). PSLF eligible and eligible for loan-repayment programs; HIPAA-compliant, EMR-literate, and team-oriented.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited APRN program.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a practicing NP (3+ years preferred).
• Clear and active Florida APRN license (or ability to obtain before start date).
• National certification (ANCC and/or AANP).
• Bilingual - English & Spanish (Required).
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive family practice care across the lifespan in outpatient settings.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions; prescribe medications and develop treatment plans.
• Review lab, imaging, and diagnostic reports; document findings and ensure follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate patient records using SOAP notes and ensure proper coding.
• Deliver patient education, facilitate referrals, and participate in outreach and on-site programs.

Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) - Family Practice

Location: Wauchula, FL & Avon Park, FL
Schedule: Mondays & Wednesdays in Wauchula | Thursdays & Fridays in Avon Park | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Status: Full-Time
Reports To: Chief Medical Officer (CMO)

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) APRN with a strong background in family practice to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working autonomously, enjoy caring for patients across the lifespan, and thrive in a flexible role that rotates between two clinic sites.

This position qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) and may include up to $75,000 in student loan repayment for a two-year commitment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Compensation: Up to $120,000 based on experience
• New Grad Compensation: $90,000 starting with a $5,000 increase at 6 months
• NHSC Program: Up to $75,000 for a two-year commitment
• PSLF Eligibility: Forgiveness after 120 qualifying monthly payments
• Relocation Assistance: $1,000 (in-state) or $3,000 (out-of-state)

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited APRN program

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive family practice care across the lifespan in an outpatient setting
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions; prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
• Review lab, imaging, and diagnostic reports; document findings and ensure follow-up care
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records using SOAP note format
• Ensure proper coding and billing practices aligned with documented care
• Deliver patient education and health counseling
• Facilitate referrals in coordination with nurses and referral clerks
• Precept medical students as assigned
• Participate in outreach, off-site programs, and health collaboratives
• Assist in clinical supply/equipment recommendations
• Uphold standards of universal precautions and OSHA requirements
• Participate in weekend or off-hours coverage as assigned
• Demonstrate professionalism and support within the medical team

Compensation:
$120,000 per year
