Healthstar Physicians, P.C. is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider in Family Practice to join our Morristown, TN clinic. This full-time, on-site position emphasizes comprehensive patient care, chronic disease management, and acute visits in a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• Current knowledge of professional nursing theory, practice and patient care.
• Ability to interpret and apply clinical guidelines in patient care.
• Experience with patient education and chronic disease management.

Responsibilities

• Obtain complete medical history and physical data.
• Perform physical exams and collaborate with physicians.
• Order lab tests and diagnostic procedures as needed.
• Educate patients and families on medications and treatments.
• Triage calls and provide consultations.
• Maintain and review patient records and ensure compliance.
