Job summary

Maxim Healthcare seeks a Medical Doctor (MD) to serve as a Family Practice physician for a locum engagement in North Dakota. The role requires 10+ shifts per month, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with temporary privileges available for clean files and an active ND license preferred for an urgent start.

ACLS and BLS are required. This opportunity offers the chance to work with partner facilities while providing patient care and maintaining high clinical standards in a flexible locum setting.

Qualifications

• MD degree required and board-eligible/board-certified in Family Medicine.
• ACLS and BLS are required.
• ND medical license preferred due to urgent start.

Responsibilities

• Provide family practice medical care at partner facilities.
• Work Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm.
• Manage 20–25 patient census per shift.
• Coordinate care with facility staffing as a locum physician.
