Job summary

Maxim Locum Tenens is seeking a Family Practice Physician for a permanent, hospital-employed role in Ohio. Setting is outpatient with a Monday–Friday schedule and no call. Must have MD or DO with BC/BE and be able to obtain/hold OH licensure.

Salary starting at $225K+, with incentive plans, signing bonus, relocation allocation, and full benefits. Excellent payer mix and CME allowance. Compensation includes a 4-day work week option and a streamlined credentialing timeline of 60–90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient family medicine care for all ages.
