We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to lead and oversee the clinical components of Iowa's Title X Family Planning Program. This role is central to ensuring high-quality, accessible reproductive and preconception health services statewide. The RN will guide clinical compliance, support quality improvement initiatives, and collaborate with partners to strengthen service delivery for individuals and families.
The ideal candidate is passionate about family planning, obstetrics, or women's health and brings clinical expertise to program oversight. We are looking for someone who has experience reviewing medical records for quality and compliance, as well as familiarity with clinical data systems and aggregate reporting. Strong task management and clear writing skills are essential. 6 months’ experience, 12 semester hours, or a combination of both related to improving, maintaining, and protecting the general condition of health within society, either on a personal, institutional, organizational, or community basis. Experience may be gained from direct provision of health care or from other ancillary programs and support mechanisms such as government public health departments.
All positions in this class require licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Iowa by the Iowa Board of Nursing, or licensure as a Registered Nurse in accordance with the Nurse Licensure Compact Administrator's Agreement of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing.
