Since its inception, we have grown in capacity to serve Medi-Cal, insured, underinsured, private insurance, private pay patients, and provide sliding scale fees for those in need.
In addition to family medical services, we offer behavioral health care, women’s health services, pediatric care, in-house lab / phlebotomy services, dental clinic, optometry clinic, on-site pharmacy, Enhanced Care Management, and certified bilingual enrollment professionals to help determine eligibility and enrollment options. We believe in providing access to quality healthcare to all our neighbors in Sonoma Valley.
