The VIOS Clinic in Phoenix, AZ seeks a board-certified/eligible Family Medicine physician to join our hybrid practice, delivering both in-person visits and 24/7 virtual care to patients across the lifespan.

You will provide comprehensive preventive care and chronic disease management, collaborate with nurses, advance practitioners, operations and technology teams, and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance care delivery and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification/eligibility in Family Medicine.
• Strong skills in primary care, preventive services, and managing chronic conditions.
• Comfort with both in-person and virtual care delivery.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and data-driven quality improvement.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and teamwork across interdisciplinary groups.
