Family Physician needed for coverage at a Walk-In Clinic in North Dakota

• Clinical setting: urgent care clinic
• Trauma Level: This is a hospital- but this is the Walk in Clinic
• Reason for need: Retirement
• Start Date: October
• Length of assignment: 6 months
• Schedule: 14 days on/14 days off and another to work 7 days on/7 days off.
• shifts are Mon-Fri 11a-6p and 10-4 on weekends
• Shift Details: 8’s and weekend is 6 hours but will work with us on 8’s if needed.
• Ages: All ages- Peds, Adults, Geriatrics
• Cases: Flu, allergies, sports injuries, emergency cases- sutures and splints, infections/ bronchitis
• Procedures: Examinations and have on-site resources which include Lab, x-ray and CT is available off-site.
• Certifications: BLS
• EMR: Epic
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
• Support Staff: Full clinic staff and always have 2 to 3 providers at the clinic
• Travel: Full expenses reimbursed- can discuss a lodging stipend if preferred
