Job summary

Wayside Youth in Waltham, MA seeks a dynamic Family Partner to support parents and caregivers of DMH-eligible youth. This full-time or part-time role requires lived experience as a parent/caregiver and a valid driver7s license.

Salary ranges from $22.00 to $25.50 per hour, plus a sign-on bonus prorated for part-time positions. The Family Partner provides hope, information, encouragement, and one-to-one support, helping families access resources and plan for their child7s strengths and needs.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Lived experience as a parent/primary caregiver of a youth involved in the Mental Health system.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver272s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide hope, information, encouragement, and one-to-one support to parents/caregivers of youth with emotional/behavioral health issues.
• Assist caregivers in planning for the strengths and needs of their child.
• Help parents access resources, services, and support.
• Collaborate with providers and families to meet youth mental health needs.
