Klaras Center for Families in Waco, TX seeks a Family Partner to support caregivers of CSC-FEP clients under CSC program supervision. The role focuses on guidance, emotional support, and coordination with service providers.

The position requires a high school diploma, experience parenting a child with SMI, and strong communication skills. Local travel, valid driver's license, and CPR/PMAB certification may be required. Full-time with benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience parenting a child with Severe Mental Illness required.
• Experience in social services work preferred.

Responsabilités

• Meet with parents/caregivers to provide guidance on CSC services.
• Provide emotional support to families of CSC clients.
• Participate in conferences for diagnosis and treatment of clients.
• Act as liaison with agencies, physicians, schools and employers.
• Co-facilitate Parent Support Groups.
