Riverside Community Care is looking for a full-time student intern in highway engineering in Richmond, Virginia. The intern will assist with various engineering projects and administrative duties, while gaining hands-on experience in the field.
The ideal candidate is currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in civil engineering and has an interest in transportation projects. Responsibilities include data entry, project coordination, and assisting with engineering specifications and evaluations.
The position requires occasional fieldwork and offers a comprehensive work environment.

Work is generally performed within an office environment. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment.
Field work is required on occasion where work may be conducted outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions. Some lifting (up to 25lbs) may be required as needed.
