Northeast Healthcare Recruitment seeks a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician for a rural outpatient practice in Colebrook, New Hampshire. You will provide comprehensive primary care to adults and all ages, with a collaborative team and no weekend shifts, enabling a balanced lifestyle in a close-knit community.

Formación

• MD or DO required.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Completion of an approved residency program.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association.
• Comfortable maintaining an independent patient panel.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive primary care including exams, diagnosis and treatment.
• Manage acute and chronic conditions with individualized care plans.
• Provide preventive care, wellness visits, immunizations and screenings.
• Order and follow up on diagnostic testing and communicate results.
• Prescribe and manage medications and treatment plans.
• Coordinate referrals with specialists and other providers.
• Educate patients and families on prevention, nutrition and healthy living.
• Collaborate with nurses, medical assistants and other team members.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
