Accolades Physician Resources LLC is assisting a community health opportunity in New Hampshire for an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician. The role emphasizes high patient volume with 16–22 patients daily and 36 patient hours weekly, plus 4 hours of admin time, supported by an RN Team leader and medical assistant.

Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible in Family or Internal Medicine.
• 1+ years of experience preferred; 2027 residents considered.
• Ability to obtain/maintain NH medical license; US residency with current US work visa acceptable.

Responsibilities

• See 16–22 patients per day with 36 patient hours and 4 hours of administrative time.
• May participate in daytime call rotation (no after-hours call).
• EMR: Meditech Expanse; dictation via Dragon.

• High elderly population
• Experienced in Chronic Disease Management
• 16-22 patients per day
