About the Company:

Our client is a multi-family office that provides tailored wealth management services to high-net-worth families, integrating investment strategies with estate and tax planning to preserve and grow generational wealth. The Family Office Accountant will focus on bill pay and legal entity accounting for a select number of clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide bill payment services including all regular and non-recurring expenses
  • Onboard clients onto the bill payment platform including reviewing and documenting all relevant bills and invoices
  • Provide cash flow support ensuring each entity’s accounts are appropriately funded and all distributions are processed
  • Coordinate all payments for lines of credit, loans, and insurance related premiums
  • Provide budgeting and cash flow projections
  • Monitor investment activities with respect to liquidity management
  • Prepare financial statement on an entity basis including balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows
  • Coordinate with tax accountants on all tax related payments
  • Coordinate with third parties with the fulfilment of charitable obligations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2-4 years of related accounting experience
  • Experience working in a client facing role within public accounting, multifamily office, and/or single-family office
  • Experience with personal tax compliance
  • Ability to maintain a chart of accounts and the general ledger
  • Prior experience with AgilLink a plus
Salary Range:
  • $80,000-$125,000
