A financial services firm in Dallas, Texas, is looking for a detail-oriented Fund Accountant. This role involves managing financial activities of investment funds, ensuring accurate reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Accounting and 1-3 years of relevant experience. The position offers a salary range of $75K-$80K plus bonus opportunities.

• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger for the investment funds.
• Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

• Perform fund-level expense allocations and revenue recognition.
• Prepare and distribute investor statements and reports.
• Calculate fund performance metrics and provide analysis to stakeholders.
• Monitor investment transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and refinancing activities.
• Assist in the coordination of fund audits and tax compliance.
• Prepare and review fund-level compliance reports, including regulatory filings and investor reporting requirements.
