About The Role
Are you ready to join the pioneering healthcare team at Sprinter Health? We're looking for dynamic Nurse Practitioners to conduct virtual wellness visits directly to patients in their homes. You'll leverage your medical expertise to offer services including virtual adult and/or pediatric wellness visits, health assessments, and more. Candidates should have prior experience performing wellness visits, along with traits like dependability, professionalism, and problem-solving skills. A Day in the Life

1. Review your caseload and prepare your technology at the start of your day.
2. Navigate your schedule using modern technology and partner with our clinical in-home team members (Sprinters).
3. Build meaningful connections with patients, gathering information and performing services.
4. Conduct proactive, patient-centric wellness exams, including health risk assessments and medication reviews.
5. Collaborate with Sprinters to evaluate vital signs, coordinate blood draws, and address patient needs.
6. Provide comprehensive care coordination, including preventive care, medication management, referrals, and documentation.

Skills and Requirements

• Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner in Virginia.
• Active Family Nurse Practitioner License in Virginia.
• Exemplify professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, and compassion.
• Willingness to adapt and problem-solve in a revolutionary environment.
• Technologically savvy with tools like laptops or mobile devices and HIPAA-secure messaging apps.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Pass a national background check and have a valid clinical license.

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 annually plus benefits. Salary depends on location, skills, experience, and education.
