Qualifications

• MS in Nursing required with active NP license.
• FNP certification required and multi-state licensure if providing services in multiple states.
• Must complete TB test and Hepatitis B vaccination or waiver.

Responsabilités

• Administers therapies per prescriber order and facility policy.
• Performs physical assessment for new consults and ongoing care.
• Documents data in the patient’s medical record and follows up on issues.
• Communicates patient status with IV team and Center Director as needed.
• Maintains patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA.
• Evaluates therapy response and educates patients/families.
• Participates in Quality Improvement activities and ensures correct orders.
• Provides coverage for PTO/LOA and may support new market launches.
• May require extensive travel to worksite locations.
