One Medical is seeking a full-time Fellow/Provider in Austin, TX to manage a diverse patient panel across acute, chronic, and preventive care. You will treat patients in-office, at testing centers, and via tele-health, while engaging in weekly Clinical Rounds and ongoing collaboration with both in-person and virtual teams.

A national FNP or PA certification is required, with Texas licensing by start date. The role emphasizes human-centered primary care, effective communication, and skilled use

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with national certification.
• At least 2 years in outpatient primary care (or 1 year plus fellowship/urgent care).
• State license in Texas required by start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office, testing centers, or via tele-health.
• Learn through Clinical Rounds and other modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams.
• Use your clinical training to perform in-office procedures.
