Job summary

One Medical is seeking a full-time Advanced Practitioner (FNP/PA) in Austin, TX to deliver patient-centered primary care. You will manage a diverse panel, conduct in-office and testing-center visits, and participate in weekly Clinical Rounds with both in-person and virtual teams.

The role requires Texas licensure by start date, with potential for licensure in additional states for virtual care. A strong team culture and ongoing learning are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification.
• Within past five years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner in outpatient primary care with age range 0+ (2 years) or 1 year plus fellowship/1+ year urgent care.
• Texas license must be obtained by the start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with broad needs across acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in office or testing centers and perform occasional telehealth visits.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams daily.
• Utilize clinical training and perform in-office procedures as appropriate.
• Obtain/maintain state licensure for virtual primary care in additional states.
