Job summary

A-Line Staffing is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care for full-time work in Fishers, Indiana. The role covers 3–4 days per week with alternating weekends, typically 8:30am–7:30pm on weekdays and weekend hours as listed.

Qualifications

• FNP license required.
• 1+ year of primary care/urgent care/ER experience preferred.
• PP rights to prescribe medications as per state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care for patients 18 months and older.
• Perform assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and order/interpret tests.
• Manage common conditions and deliver preventive care.
• Conduct women’s health evaluations and refer to OB/GYN as needed.
• Monitor chronic diseases and educate patients on disease management.
• Document encounters in EPIC EMR ensuring quality compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians and teams for continuity of care.
