Qualifications

• FNP license and 1+ year of primary care, urgent care, ER or internal medicine experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients 18 months and older.
• Perform assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and order/interprete diagnostic tests as appropriate.
• Deliver preventive care including vaccines and health screenings.
• Document all encounters in EPIC and collaborate with the care team.
