A-Line Staffing is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care to join a busy practice in Illinois. The role covers 32–40 hours per week with coverage every other weekend and extended hours Monday through Saturday.

Compensation is $75.00–$78.00 per hour with benefits for full-time employees and a 401(k) with company match. Applicants should have an FNP license and relevant primary care experience.

Qualifications

• FNP license required.
• 1+ years of primary care, urgent care, ER, or internal/family medicine experience preferred (as stated).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care to patients 18 months and older.
• Perform advanced patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and order tests per licensure and clinical guidelines.
• Deliver preventive care services including vaccinations, health screenings, and routine physical examinations.
• Document patient encounters in EPIC ensuring regulatory and quality standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for continuity of care and referrals.
