A-Line Staffing Solutions is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care in the United States. The position is 32–40 hours per week, with coverage of every other weekend. Hours are Monday through Friday, with weekend shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• FNP license required.
• 1+ years in primary/urgent/ER/internal or family medicine preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care to patients aged 18 months and older.
• Perform advanced patient assessments and diagnose acute and chronic conditions, developing treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and order/interpret diagnostic tests in line with licensure and guidelines.
• Manage common conditions including respiratory infections, UTIs, dermatologic conditions, allergies, and minor injuries.
• Deliver preventive care services including vaccinations, health screenings, and routine physicals.
• Conduct women’s health evaluations including pregnancy testing and STI screening; refer to OB/GYN as needed.
• Monitor and manage chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, and asthma.
• Provide patient education on disease management, medications, and preventive health strategies.
• Document all patient encounters in EPIC EMR, ensuring regulatory and quality compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and referrals.

Family Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care Responsibilities
