Responsibilities

PRIMARY

  • Provide quality care in both clinic and telehealth settings, meeting patient volume goals for both modalities.
  • Lead clinic staff in behaviors, actions, and attitude, including X-Ray Technologists, Nurses, and Front Office Specialists, to deliver excellent patient care.
  • Perform responsibilities outlined in the SCRIBE job description.
  • Review patients’ medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications.
  • Ask situation-specific questions to formulate accurate diagnoses and provide appropriate guidance.
  • Engage with clinical leadership and escalate concerns to management to ensure strong patient care and adherence to company values.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of patient charts and maintain credibility with staff.
  • Implement clinical and Telehealth protocols as outlined by the CMO and Supervising Physicians.
  • Analyze and interpret patient histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop diagnoses.
  • Deliver excellent patient care through diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations, focusing on patient-centric care, safety, and accuracy.
  • Ensure activities comply with federal and state regulations, including HIPAA.
  • Work efficiently in fast-paced, autonomous environments in both clinical and virtual settings.
  • Manage telehealth patient queues and follow up appropriately.
  • Order, perform, interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on treatment plans.
  • Follow clinical practice guidelines and attend mandatory meetings and training.
  • Perform responsibilities within standard NP/PA protocols.
  • Complete mandatory compliance training and uphold company core values.
  • Suggest improvements for patient experience and care.
  • Communicate regularly with team members to support excellent patient care.
  • Support onboarding and training of new employees.
  • Maintain positive relations with clients and colleagues, fostering a respectful and friendly environment.
  • Perform physical, sensory, cognitive, and environmental functions as specified.
  • Adhere to operational standards and maintain confidentiality.
  • Consult with patients via virtual channels and perform other duties as assigned.
  • PRN employees must work at least 4 shifts per month; full-time employees work 12-hour shifts and every other weekend.

*** Additional Requirements for Ancillary Providers***

  • On-call responsibilities periodically throughout the year.

*** Experience and Education Levels***

  • Level 1: New grads with up to 1 year of experience.
  • Level 2: Providers with over 1 year and less than 5 years of experience.
  • Level 3: Providers with over 5 and less than 10 years of experience.
  • Level 4: Providers with over 10 years of experience.
Experience and Education Requirements

Education: Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) or Physician Assistant Studies (MMS).

Experience: 1-2 years in relevant practice areas preferred.

Licensing and Certification
  • Active, in-good-standing license and DEA registration.
  • Ability to treat all ages; credentialing requirements must be met.
  • DOT certification required within 120 days for FT/PT providers.
Additional Requirements

Must meet all compliance standards, including federal and state regulations, and adhere to company policies.
