Job summary

Terros Health is hiring a part-time Family Nurse Practitioner for a clinic in the Phoenix area. The role is 20 hours per week with 2-10 shifts (Mon, Thu or Fri) at the 36th St/Baseline location.

The ideal candidate holds an AZ NP license, MD/DO? no; MS/DNP preferred, BLS/CPR, DEA license, and a valid AZ driver’s license. NextGen experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Doctorate in nursing.
• AZ Nurse Practitioner license required; DEA license required.
• BLS/CPR certification required; valid driver’s license with minimum 4 years driving experience.
• Fingerprint clearance card (Level 1) or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Conducts physicals and medical evaluations, orders labs, and treats illnesses.
• Prescribes and monitors medications; coordinates with other providers.
• Educates patients about preventative care and wellness.
• Provides clinical supervision to staff as needed and ensures proper record keeping.
• Delivers direct patient services not less than 85% of work time.
