Job summary

SynergenX | Low T Center in Johnson City, TN is seeking a Mid-Level Provider (PA/NP) to deliver patient-centered care in a hormone therapy and wellness clinic. You will work with a Medical Director to implement treatment plans, educate patients, and maintain quality care in a team-focused environment.

The role requires TN NP/PA license, DEA, and toxology licensing, with two weeks of paid training and weekend availability. This is a part-time, on-site position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee NP or PA license in good standing.
• Current DEA registration.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using established treatment protocols.

• Evaluate patients and develop appropriate treatment plans.

• Support hormone replacement therapy and targeted wellness services, including sleep apnea management, weight management, hypertension, and low libido.

• Educate patients about their health, treatment options, and wellness goals.

• Build strong patient relationships through compassionate communication and personalized care.

• Collaborate with the physician Medical Director and Center Director to coordinate patient care.

• Support clinic operations and staff coordination as needed.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow applicable clinical and regulatory standards.

• Utilize technology and available care-management tools to support efficient patient care.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in good standing, unencumbered and without disciplinary restrictions.

• Current DEA registration.

• Current Tennessee Controlled Substance License.

• Strong medical decision-making and clinical judgment skills.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and patient education skills.

• Ability to explain clinical information and treatment plans in clear, patient-friendly language.

• Technological proficiency and comfort with electronic medical records.

• Patient-centered, professional, and team-oriented approach.

• Ability to complete two full consecutive weeks of paid training, Monday through Friday, during clinic hours.

Paid Training

We want you to feel confident and prepared for success! You’ll receive two full weeks of paid training, totaling 10 consecutive business days, Monday through Friday.

Candidates must be available to complete the entire training period during clinical hours.

Compensation

• Weekday Shifts and Training: $65 per hour.

• Saturday Shifts: $400 per four-hour shift.

Saturday Availability Requirement

This position requires a consistent Saturday commitment:

• Months with four Saturdays: Minimum of two Saturdays worked.

• Months with five Saturdays: Three Saturdays worked.

Saturday shifts run from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Clinic Operating Hours

• Monday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

• Tuesday: 8:00 AM-7:00 PM

• Wednesday: 8:00 AM-1:00 PM

• Thursday: 7:00 AM-5:00 PM

• Friday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

• Saturday: 8:00 AM-12:00 PM

• Sunday: Closed

Daily Lunch Closure: Clinics are closed from 1:00 PM-2:00 PM.
