Job summary

One Medical is seeking a Family NP or PA to join our team delivering high-quality primary care through in-person and telehealth visits in a dynamic, learning-focused environment.

You will manage a diverse patient panel, collaborate with onsite and virtual teams, and participate in ongoing Didactics and rounds to advance clinical skills. A licensed NY provider with ongoing licensure supports cross-state care.

Qualifications

• Must have completed accredited Family NP or PA program with national certification.
• Must hold active NY license or have licensure application in progress by Dec 1 2026.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with diverse needs including acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Conducting in-office or testing-center visits, with occasional telehealth.
• Participating in weeklyDidactics, Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborating with in-office and virtual clinical teams.
• Performing in-office procedures as trained and credentialed.
• Pursuing additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual care in other states.

Employment type:

• Full time (32 hours of in‑person patient care per week)

What you’ll be working on:

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits with support and mentorship of an onsite clinical Preceptor.
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele‑health visits
• Continuous learning during weekly Didactics with dedicated faculty, Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with in‑office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in‑office procedures
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

• Must have completed accredited Family NP or PA program with a national certification with a graduation date between May 2026 to December 2026
• Must hold active license in the state of NY or have submitted application for licensure prior to Dec 1, 2026

One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The base salary for this role is $131,800 based on a full‑time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
