Job summary

One Medical is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to manage a patient panel with a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits at our Dana Park office in Mesa, AZ. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participate in ongoing didactics and rounds, and have opportunities for in-office procedures.

The role requires completion of an accredited NP/PA program with national certification and an AZ license (or licensure submission with a 2026 deadline).

• Must have completed an accredited NP or PA program with national certification.
• Must hold an active AZ license or have licensure submitted by Dec 1, 2026 and obtained by Feb 1, 2027.

Employment type:

• Full time (32 hours of in-person patient care per week)

What you’ll be working on:

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits with support and mentorship of an onsite clinical Preceptor.
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Continuous learning during weekly Didactics with dedicated faculty, Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

• Must have completed accredited NP or PA program with a national certification with a graduation date between May 2026 to December 2026
• Must hold an active license in AZ or have submitted a licensure application by December 1, 2026, with license obtained no later than February 1, 2027

This is a full-time role located at our Dana Park office!

One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The base salary for this role is $116,900 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
