The role covers routine primary care, family planning, prenatal services, diagnostics, prescribing, and referrals across Aunt Martha’s locations; IL APRN license with FNP certification and BLS required; occasional evenings/weekends may be needed. Salary range is $110,000 to $130,000 per year with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited school of nursing and Nurse Practitioner Program.
• Current APRN licensure in Illinois with FNP certification.
• Current BLS certification.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance; ability to travel to all Aunt Martha’s locations.
• Availability for occasional evening or weekend emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine primary care, treatment, family planning, and prenatal services as requested.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient needs.
• Prescribe medications as guided by policies and procedures.
• Refer patients to Physicians or specialized resources as appropriate.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and complete required training.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

SUMMARY

Provide general medical care and treatment to patients under the direction of a Physician, following established policies, protocols, and evidence-based practice guidelines.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient needs.

Prescribe medications as guided by policies and procedures.
