Job summary

ZoomCare is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dynamic team near Portland, OR. Earn a base salary of $135,000–$150,000 while working 34 hours per week, with performance-based bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

The role offers sign-on and relocation assistance, a 401(k) match, shift differentials, and extensive paid time off plus CME allowances. Training, vaccination requirements, and multi-clinic coverage are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Physician Assistant: Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies with certification by the NCCPA OR Family Nurse Practitioner: Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Must have at least 1-2 years of experience post-graduation working in urgent care, primary care, or emergency care.
• Experience seeing patients of all ages.
• Eligible to participate in Medicare.
• Must be able to demonstrate 2000 hours of work experience at the time of job offer.

Responsibilities

• Practice in state-of-the-art neighborhood clinics with a well-organized practice model.
• Provide evidence-based medical care.
