Qualifications

• An active license and current ANCC or AANP board certification are required.
• Independent practice provider preferred, where applicable per State regulation.
• Federal DEA number preferred for full prescribing ability.
• CPR/BLS certification is required at the time of start date.
• Experience in independent family practice including routine wellness care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic care including prevention, chronic disease management, and health education.
• Practice relationship-based medicine at the top of your license.
• Manage a smaller patient panel with more appointment time.
