Job summary

Loyal Source is seeking a Nurse Practitioner with RN and APRN credentials to deliver direct healthcare to migrants in CBP custody. You will perform histories, manage care from pediatrics to pregnancy, write prescriptions, and coordinate referrals as needed.

The role requires EMR proficiency, HIPAA compliance, and collaboration with supervising physicians and staff. Training includes use of MS Outlook/Teams; travel support is provided.

Qualifications

• RN license unrestricted and APRN license in any US state.
• BLS certification from recognized provider.
• One year NP clinical experience in family/urgent/public health.
• No gaps in practice >6 months in last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct healthcare services to migrants in CBP custody.
• Perform medical histories and EMR documentation.
• Prescribe meds with accurate dosing including pediatric considerations.
• Coordinate referrals to offsite providers as required.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
