Job summary

Fast Pace Health seeks a Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver compassionate, patient-centered primary and urgent care in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. The FNP will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across the lifespan, manage chronic and acute conditions, and provide preventive care and health education.

Working in a collaborative, fast-paced clinic, you will partner with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to improve outcomes in rural communities.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license/certification.
• Demonstrated ability to provide patient-centered care across the lifespan.
