Job summary

Fast Pace Health is seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver primary and urgent care services in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. You will provide comprehensive care across the lifespan, from health promotion and chronic disease management to same-day urgent needs.

You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients, order and interpret diagnostics, prescribe medications, and coordinate with behavioral health and diagnostic teams in rural communities.
