Job summary
FHCSD is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Chula Vista Family Health Center in California. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (8:30am–5:30pm), with a generous compensation package including a $165,000–$195,000 annual salary, a $30,000 sign-on bonus, and $50,000 in annual incentives.
Qualifying candidates will have 2 years of outpatient experience, a CA license, a DEA license, and CPR certification.
Qualifications
- 2 years of outpatient experience required.
- Current unrestricted license to practice in the State of California.
- DEA license required.
- Current American Heart Association CPR (BLS) or higher.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality medical services to a diverse patient population.
- Perform routine exams, procedures and screenings.
- Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and point-of-care tests.
- Evaluate patients with complex problems and refer to specialists.
- Complete documentation per departmental standards and maintain EMR compliance.
- Participate in administrative duties and on-call schedule.
