Job summary

One Medical is seeking a full-time Advanced Practitioner for our Austin, TX clinic. You will manage a diverse patient panel, perform in-office and telehealth visits, and participate in weekly Clinical Rounds to continually improve patient care.

We value collaboration with in-office and virtual teams, ongoing credentialing, and the use of technology to deliver high-quality primary care. Relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• Must have completed an accredited FNP or PA program with national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner in outpatient primary care.
• State license in Texas obtained by start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office or at testing centers; conduct tele-health visits as needed.
• Engage in weekly Clinical Rounds and ongoing learning.
• Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilize clinical training and perform in-office procedures as applicable.
• Obtain additional state licensure/credentialing for virtual care in other states.
