Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive health care as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Diagnose and treat common and chronic illnesses with focus on health promotion and disease prevention.
• Educate and counsel patients and families on health maintenance and risk reduction.
• Collaborate with health care team and refer to other disciplines as needed.
• Provide medication management and treatment plans.
• Participate in home or hospital visits and phone/telehealth coverage as directed.
