Formación

• Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner license required.

• PAY: $58.00 ph.
• CONTRACT to HIRE: Credentialing –03/31/2025
• Hours will vary but clinic is open:

M, T, Th, Fr

7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.; closed 11:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Wednesday:
10:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.; closed 1:30 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.
