Work Dates Needed: ASAP - 5/30/25 - with potential for extension

Preferred Schedule: M-F 9a-5p On Site - preferred 40 hrs. per week

Worksite Setting: Urgent Care Clinic with acute care services; outpatient

Scope of Work: physicals, health appraisals, lab work, consultations, acute care, management of chronic conditions, illness visits, evaluations

Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: CA License Required; Family Medicine/Internal Medicine experience required, experience with computer-based records system
