Job Title: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Contract assignment in Lyon County, MN

• Work Dates Needed: September - January 2026
• Preferred Schedule: Monday - Friday (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, flexible)
• Worksite Setting: LTC
• Scope of Work: Overall LTC has 76 beds, 12 TCU, and 64 long stay residents. It’s LTC with a transition unit, so typically about 2 to 3 admissions a week.

• EMR: Meditech
