Accelerated Urgent Care in Fresno, CA is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) or Physician Assistant to provide urgent care services at two Fresno clinics.

Open to new grads with on-site training. The role offers full-time or part-time employed model with full benefits and a 401(k). Compensation includes $85/hour plus OT, plus sign-on and retention bonuses.

Qualifications

• Completion of a formal MSN FNP Program or MS in Health Sciences Physician Assistant Studies.
• CA Medical License active and in good standing with no restrictions.
• CA DEA Certificate in good standing with no restrictions.
• New grads are welcome; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Treat 4 patients per hour across age range in urgent care setting.
• Twelve-hour shifts; full-time requires 12 on-site shifts/month and 2 on-call shifts.
• Part-time requires 6 on-site shifts/month and no on-call.
• EMR: Experity; in-house point-of-care testing, X-ray, EKG.

Job Overview: We are hiring Physician Assistants and Family Nurse Practitioners for our two Fresno, CA, clinic locations.

Essential Responsibilities

• Family Nurse Practitioners practice twelve-hour (12) shifts with two 30-minute breaks daily
• Full-time is defined as a minimum of 12 on-site shifts per month and 2 on-call shifts per month.
• Part-time is a minimum of 6 on-site shifts per month and no call
• Treat 4 patients per hour from newborns to geriatrics (full-spectrum care) in a low-acuity setting.
• Bread & Butter Procedures: I&Ds, Toenail Removal, and Laceration Repair.
• Equipment: We offer In-house Point-of-Care testing, X-ray, and EKG.
• X-ray results are available and in the patient's chart within 20 minutes for routine orders.
• Easy-to-use EMR: Experity with Dragon dictation to document all patients in minutes

Minimum Requirements | Qualifications

• Completion of a formal MSN FNP Program or MS in Health Sciences Physician Assistant Studies
• CA Medical License that is active and in good standing with no restrictions
