Job summary

Purple Cow Recruiting, in partnership with Heartline Staffing, seeks a Family Nurse Practitioner for outpatient primary care in Littleton, NH. Flexible full- or part-time schedule, Monday–Friday, no weekends, no call, with 80/20 clinical/administrative time and strong interdisciplinary support.

Compensation includes base salary ~ $114,000–$120,000, plus generous benefits, sign-on and relocation options, and student loan repayment. Licensure in NH preferred but eligibility considered.

Qualifications

• Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) required.
• Ability to provide primary care to patients of all ages.
• Outpatient primary care environment experience preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Strong patient-centered and relationship-based care approach.
• Clinical autonomy with capability to manage patient care independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care to patients across the lifespan.
• Balance clinical care (approx. 80%) with protected administrative time (20%).
• Maintain a patient pace around two patients per hour.
• Work Monday–Friday with no weekends and no call.
• Collaborate with an experienced interdisciplinary team.
