Job summary

Urgent Team is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver high-quality care in Morristown, TN. You will diagnose and treat patients across ages with acute and chronic conditions, collaborating with a team and supporting on-site labs and imaging while maintaining compassionate, patient-centered service.

You will provide leadership during emergencies, ensure adherence to medical policies, and participate in ongoing education and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must have active APRN or PA state license.
• Current FNP or PA-C board certification.
• Current DEA license, or eligibility to obtain upon hire.
• Current DOT certification, or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service to patients, visitors and coworkers.
• Provide care for acute and chronic conditions across ages.
• Lead and support emergencies while maintaining a calm, reassuring presence.
• Perform medical assessments, treatments and follow-up for clinic patients.
• Oversee on-site labs, x-rays, injections and specimen collection as applicable.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, certification and accrediting bodies.
