Baptist Health Urgent Care seeks a dedicated, compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team in West Little Rock, AR. We operate 23 locations in Arkansas and are part of Urgent Team, a leading provider of urgent and family healthcare across the Southeast.

Our centers provide treatment for injuries and illnesses, occupational health, and wellness care. Open 7 days a week, all centers are Accredited Care Centers, emphasizing safety and quality.

Job Summary

You will deliver exceptional medical care to patients of all ages, diagnosing, treating, and educating while working collaboratively with healthcare professionals. Full-time providers work 36-40 hours weekly, including 12-hour weekday shifts and alternating weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exemplary patient care and customer service.
• Manage a variety of medical assessments, treatments, and procedures such as laceration repairs, injections, and abscess drainage.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure high standards of care and compliance with policies.
• Participate in ongoing education and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• State License as an APRN
• Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• DEA license or willingness to obtain
• DOT certification or willingness to obtain
• BLS certification
• Experience preferred but new graduates are welcome
