Job summary

Enterprise Medical Recruiting is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join a membership-based healthcare organization in a Western Portland, Oregon suburb. The role centers on outpatient care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients within a collaborative team.

You will manage your own patient panel, provide preventive and acute care, and participate in ongoing learning opportunities. The position offers a 4-day work week with 32 hours of patient care and 8 hours of admin

Qualifications

• Certified Family Nurse Practitioner credential required.
• Outpatient primary care experience in the past 5 years, with either 2+ years in outpatient primary care or 1 year plus a primary care fellowship/urgent care experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own patient panel with acute, chronic, and preventive care needs.
• Treat patients in the office and occasionally via telehealth.
• Participate in weekly clinical rounds and learning opportunities.
• Collaborate with in-office teammates through huddles and coordinated care discussions.
• Perform in-office procedures as appropriate.
