Family Nurse Practitioner Highlights

The pay for this position is $74.87 per hour.

Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week); schedule is variable based on clinic/telehealth needs

Remote position: Work from home (anywhere in the US)

This position is a Temporary contract (current end date listed as May 2027)

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth patient care (assessment, diagnosis, treatment, counseling, and disposition planning) for patients 18 months and older
• Evaluate primary care, acute, chronic, and transitional care patients and deliver evidence-based care
• Document all encounters in the electronic health record (EHR) per policy and procedure
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team (providers, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals)
• Provide patient education and counseling (including preventive care guidance and medication management)
• Support operational and administrative workflows as needed while maintaining a high standard of patient experience
• Maintain patient confidentiality and compliance with PHI/HIPAA standards

Requirements

• Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Master’s degree program completion
• Current national board certification
• Active/unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license (must hold an NP license in the state of employment; ability to obtain multi-state/compact privileges and additional licensure as required)
• RN and APRN licenses in good standing (no current or prior disciplinary actions)
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC required)
• Minimum 2 years of medically relevant/primary care experience (primary care experience is requested in the questionnaire)
• Comfortable practicing autonomously with strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload)

Benefits Available

Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment. A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.
