Alpha Home Health and Hospice is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver comprehensive primary and urgent care across all ages in an Indiana setting.

You will assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions, order diagnostics, prescribe medications, and educate patients while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to improve rural community health outcomes.
